These terms describe the Age 45 Project website and its private Oura integration, operated by Josh Surma. The integration is under development and intended solely for the operator's personal use.

Purpose and availability

The project organizes authorized Oura data for personal tracking and analysis. It is not a public application, subscription product, or service for other Oura account holders. These informational pages do not provide access to the owner's data.

Authorized access

The integration will access only the Oura account authorized by its owner and only within the permissions granted. Use remains subject to Oura's applicable API agreement and service terms. These project terms do not replace those agreements or grant rights to Oura services or data.

Informational use

Wearable measurements and project analyses may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or inaccurate. They are for personal information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Health decisions should not rely solely on this project.

Operation and changes

The project may change, pause, or stop. Availability depends on the owner's device, internet connection, Oura services, and other providers. No uninterrupted service or particular analytical result is promised.

Privacy and ending use

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. The owner may stop collection and revoke Oura authorization at any time. Revocation does not automatically remove previously stored data; deletion is handled separately as described in that policy.

Independent project

The Age 45 Project is independently operated and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Oura. Oura names and marks belong to their respective owners.
